General Conditions
Delegate fee is inclusive of participant workbooks, refreshments and luncheons.
You can register by E-mail or through the Internet. After registration you will receive an official bill together with a confirmation.
The Steering Committee reserves its right to refuse any application to participation in the Congress events and activities without disclosing the reason thereof in its sole discretion as well as to restrict participation of any participant in certain Congress events and activities.
The number of participants is limited. Participation in the conference requires payment of the corresponding fees.
Delegates agree that, during the conference, the taking of photographs and video recordings by the organizer is allowed without prior written authorization.
Delegates are traveling to and staying in Bangkok, Thailand at their own expenses.
Delegates shall not record, i.e., by way of videotaping, any session of the AEBIC congress.
Delegate fee shall be paid in full and an invoice shall be issued upon receipt of full payment thereof. Substitution of delegates is allowed, at no extra cost.
Cancellations should be confirmed in writing four (4) weeks before the conference commencement date. In this case, half the participant fee will be charged for cancellation. The Organizer will not accept cancellations within four (4) weeks of the workshop commencement date. Conference workbook, however, will be couriered to the delegate. Failure to attend this conference without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the delegate fee.
The Organizer will refund in full the delegate fee if the conference is cancelled for operational reasons. The Organizer shall not, however, be held accountable for any other expenses incurred by the delegate or his/her employer as a result of the cancellation.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, location, speaker or topic for this AEBIC as a result of circumstances beyond its control or as it deems necessary, without liability. In such instances, no full refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
Registration information provided by participants to the Organizer shall not be published or shared with external parties for whatever purpose.
